"Camellia Court" is a fully self-contained cottage, beautifully renovated and with all the comforts of home, with wheelchair access.

Railway Parade, these days, has just two trains pass each day - one at 9.00am and the other at 6.30pm. Rest assured, the location is quiet. The cottage is close to the New England Regional Art Museum and the Armidale Conservatorium of Music, and is within comfortable walking distance of the CBD.

Camellia Court will accommodate up to four guests with two bedrooms. The beds (queen and double) are complete with beautiful linen, electric blankets and soft down doonas.

The lounge area contains a TV, video player, DVD unit and CD player with a selection of movies and CDs for your enjoyment. The reverse-cycle air-conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature all year round.

Elegant outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ are perfect for relaxing on the large north-facing deck. The fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure to use and is complete with dishwasher. A selection of Twining's teas and plunger coffee, plus a complimentary breakfast hamper is included on arrival.

A small laundry with washing machine and dryer is tucked in next to the new bathroom.
