Hidden behind a tall and unassumng garden fence is "The Elms" - a private and quiet little cottage. Like our other properties, it is elegantly appointed and fully self-contained - and just perfect for a single or couple.

| The large bedroom, with its very comfortable queen-sized bed, is provided with lovely linen, a soft goose-down doona and an electric blanket for those chilly Armidale winter nights.
|

The cottage is well insulated, oriented to catch the morning sun, and is a comfortable temperature for most of the year. We've installed a reverse cycle air-conditioner for the extremes of New England weather. The lounge cabinets contain a selection of DVD's, video's and CD's, also books and magazines so you can put your feet up and forget the world for a while.

The kitchen is well equipped, and includes a very quiet dishwasher, oven & cooktop, plus microwave and full-sized fridge.
Our very generous, complimentary full-breakfast hamper is provided on arrival, along with a variety of teas and plunger coffee.
