If you've been searching for a tastefully decorated home-away-from-home within easy walking distance of Armidale's CBD then look no further. 

 
Whether it's for a week (when available), a month, or longer our recently re-furbished unit delivers a range of facilities at an affordable price. The apartment is located adjacent to our B&B accommodation "Camellia Court", 13-15 Railway Parade in Armidale.   It's the perfect retreat for those attending UNE's residential schools - or a convenient and comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day's work.  You'll find we've applied the same attention to detail as in our other cottages. 
 

 

Tariff

For stays of four weeks or more:  $550 per week for a single or couple, plus $100 per week per extra person.  Discounts available for stays over 90 days.

For stays of less than four weeks:  $750 per week for a single or couple, plus $100 per week per extra person.

 

Railway Parade is within easy walking distance of the CBD, the New England Regional Art Gallery, and the Conservatorium of Music.  You won't be worried by noisy trains all day and night, we have only two each day - the "Explorer" train departs Armidale at 8.50am for Sydney and its counterpart returns at 6.20pm.
